Welcome to SANA. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SANA mobile application and any related services.

By accessing or using SANA, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SANA, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, including future updates.

You may only use SANA if you are at least 13 years old.

2. Purpose of SANA

SANA is a wellness and emotional growth app designed to provide affirmations, healing/ growth packs, themes, community interactions, and campaigns.

SANA is not a medical service and does not offer professional therapy, medical treatment, or emergency support.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

SANA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms or harm the community.

4. Premium Subscriptions

SANA offers optional paid features such as:

  • Sana Plus (Monthly)
  • Sana Plus (Yearly)
  • Sana Care (Support Plan)

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through your app store.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel anytime through Google Play or Apple App Store settings.

5. User Conduct

To keep SANA safe, you agree NOT to:

  • Post harmful, abusive, explicit, or misleading content
  • Harass or impersonate others
  • Share or attempt to exploit personal information
  • Upload copyrighted images you don't own (over 18+ posts adding photos)
  • Use SANA for advertising or commercial purposes

SANA reserves the right to remove content or block users who violate these rules.

6. Community Guidelines

When using Community or Campaign features, you agree to:

  • Share respectfully
  • Supportively engage with others
  • Avoid triggering, hateful, or violent messages
  • Honor others' experiences and privacy

Content you post may be visible to other users but can be deleted by you at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, features, graphics, affirmations, and content within SANA are the property of SANA and protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without written permission.

User-generated content (your posts, comments, or uploads) remains yours, but you grant SANA a limited license to display it within the app.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of SANA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your information.

By using the app, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

SANA is a wellness tool—not a substitute for:

  • Therapy
  • Medical treatment
  • Emergency intervention

SANA provides emotional support, not clinical diagnosis or medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANA is not responsible for:

You assume full responsibility for your chosen emotional journey.

11. Termination

SANA may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You threaten user safety
  • You misuse premium features

You may delete your account at any time within the app settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the app evolves.

Updates will be available on this website or via the "Last Updated" date, and may notify you in-app.

Continued use of SANA means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws in your region.
